Integrate Javi with Asana.

Connect Javi to Asana every event’s tasks land in a Asana to-do list — no copy-paste, no double entry. Plan your shoot in Javi, and your crew sees it right where they already work.

✔ ONE CLICK, EVENT IN Asana

Open any event in Javi, hit Sync to Asana, and Javi spins up a Asana project with a to-do list mirroring that event’s tasks. Gear pulls, call times, prep items — whatever’s on the event — show up as Asana to-dos your whole team can check off.

✔ ADD A TASK, IT SHOWS UP

You don’t have to remember to re-sync. Add or change a task on an event in Javi and it flows to the linked Asana to-do list automatically. Your Asana board stays current as the shoot comes together, without you babysitting two systems.

✔ ONE SOURCE, ZERO DOUBLE ENTRY

Javi is where your gear, crew, and schedule live. Asana is where a lot of teams already talk and track. This integration keeps them pointed at the same to-dos so nothing gets missed in the hand-off between planning and doing.

How to connect

1. Link your account

In Javi, go to Account → Integrations and click Link Asana. You’ll be sent to Asana to authorize Javi, then dropped right back — connected.

2. Sync an event

Open any event. On desktop, use the Sync to Asana button in the event header; on mobile it’s in the menu. Javi creates a Asana project and a to-do list from that event’s tasks.

3. Work as normal

Keep building the event in Javi. New and changed tasks sync to the linked Asana to-do list automatically. Disconnect anytime from Account → Integrations.
