Deleting Your Javi Account

This page explains how to delete your Javi account and associated data. Javi is provided by Nauffly.

How to delete your account in the app

You can delete your account and workspace directly within Javi:

  1. Open the Javi app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account section.
  3. Select the option to delete your account and workspace.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This permanently removes your account and the associated workspace data.

If you can’t access the app

If you’re unable to sign in, email us at javi@nauffly.com from the email address associated with your Javi account, with the subject line “Delete my account.” We will verify and process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal account information, including your name, email address, and profile details, along with the associated workspace content such as gear and equipment records, kits, events, reservations, rentals, quick checkouts, and related notes.

What data may be retained

We may retain limited information where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — for example, billing and transaction records associated with past payments. This information is kept only as long as required by law and is then deleted. Where you contributed content to a shared workspace owned by someone else, that content may remain with the workspace owner.
